Welcome to Islamabad Toastmasters Club. Islamabad Toastmasters Club is a registered club chartered by Toastmasters International (toastmasters.org).

Toastmasters International is a non-profit organization which gives its members the opportunity to develop and improve their public speaking abilities, and leadership skills through local club meetings, training seminars and speech contests.

Islamabad Toastmasters Club holds it regular meetings on every Tuesday, 6:30pm at National Institute of Cultural Studies, Gate # 5, Lok Virsa, Islamabad.

Guests are invited to attend the meetings.

Toastmasters Club Conducts Table Topics Contest and Award Distribution Ceremony

Islamabad Toastmasters Club conducted Annual Table Topics Contest this week at NICS, Lok Virsa, Islamabad. A large number of guests and families were invited. DTM Mazhar Jamil was the Contest Master and he conducted the contest with the help of four judges. Twelve Toastmasters participated in the contest. They were all sent to a separate waiting room and called into the hall one by one. They were all given the same topic and each speaker had to speak for minimum one minute and maximum two and a half minutes. The Table Topics Contest question was, “If you were a traffic signal, which light would you like to be and why?”

Toastmasters Club Conducts Role Players Training

Islamabad Toastmasters Club conducted role players training in the fresh airs of Lake View Park last Sunday. The training was accompanied with a family get-together and lunch. Distinguished Toastmaster Mazhar Jamil conducted the training session and it was a great opportunity for everyone to learn how the play the Toastmasters meeting roles correctly and effectively.
